Lisa brings extensive research delivery experience and strategic leadership to the CRDC, where she is responsible for workforce development, quality, safety, patient experience and nursing leadership.
She leads adult and paediatric nursing teams in delivering complex early‑phase, vaccine, advanced therapy and large‑scale studies with a strong focus on patient safety, quality and outcomes.
Passionate about advancing care through research, Lisa advises on study design, workforce planning, education and public involvement to drive innovation and best practice.
She also holds regional and a national role with the NIHR UKCRF Network, contributes to advisory boards and champions excellence in research nursing across the UK. Lisa is a double PharmaTimes Award winner and Nursing Times Award winner.
